Guess what?! The Girl with the Sparkling Eyes is being showcased as one of the 50 booths at the Burbank Public Library’s Local Author Showcase!! Isn’t that exciting??

One week from Saturday, from 1:00 – 4:00 pm, we will be joining local authors as they share their creative works.

This could be a great event to not only support local artistsĀ but to get a jump on your holiday shopping. You can talk to the authors and learn more about their books, their journeys, and their process.

October 21st, 1:00-4:00 pm at the Buena Vista Library.

What a journey it’s already been! We are so excited to get boxes filled with our beautiful Girl with the Sparkling Eyes!

Have you already planned out a little reading party once you get your book? I hope you will send me lots of pictures of you and the Girl. šŸ™‚

We are expecting to have the books in our hands in early September and will be doing a full book release party on September 25th. If you are in the Los Angeles area, come join us at theĀ Republic of Pie from 5:00-8:00 pm for pie, coffee, hugs and books signing.

We Did It!!!

Girl with the Sparkling Eyes

Yay!!!!!!!! We made our Kickstarter goal and we are bringing Girl with the Sparkling Eyes to life!!!!!

I’m so profoundly grateful to each and every person who has made this possible!!

We are finishing up the details on the files to send to the printer and then we are going to print!

I can hardly wait until I get to hold this book in my hands. Even more than that, though, I can hardly wait to put it into other people’s hands. All of this journey has been to get this story out to people who need to hear the message it contains. I can’t wait to hear how people’s lives shift because of this book.

I’ll keep you updated as we get closer to the printed book. We will have a store up and running on this site too where you can pre-order the book, or buy it once it comes out!
